What XPairwise is
XPairwise is a matching and information service. It connects people with complementary cross-border currency needs but does not receive, hold, convert, transmit, or settle funds on behalf of users. XPairwise does not set, calculate, quote, negotiate, or guarantee transaction rates or terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use XPairwise, and you self-attest to this at signup. You must not be located in, or transacting through, a country or currency currently subject to sanctions we enforce — these are shown, not hidden, along with the reason.
Your responsibility
Any transaction terms, payment method, and settlement detail are discussed and carried out entirely between you and your match, independently of XPairwise. We don't guarantee any counterpart will follow through, and we don't guarantee the outcome of any transaction. You are responsible for your own precautions in that private exchange — see our safety guidance shown at match acceptance.
Accounts & verification
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Verification badges reflect the strongest identity or affiliation check you've completed — they indicate what was checked, not a guarantee of a counterpart's trustworthiness or future behavior.
Prohibited conduct
Misrepresenting your identity, attempting to circumvent sanctions screening, manipulating trust or referral mechanics (for example, coordinating fake matches to inflate a score), harassing or threatening other users, or using XPairwise for any exchange involving funds you don't have a lawful right to move.
Fees
XPairwise is free during our founding period, disclosed as temporary from day one. Any future paid features will be disclosed before they are introduced. XPairwise does not charge a percentage of transaction amounts.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, confirmed fraudulent behavior, or sanctions-eligibility failures. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting support.
Disclaimers
XPairwise is provided as a matching and information service only. We make no warranty about the outcome of any exchange you enter into with a match, and we are not a party to that exchange.

We'll update these terms as the product evolves and note meaningful changes here.
