Many financial services combine matching with payment, custody, or settlement. XPairwise takes a different approach: it focuses on the connection itself and keeps the transaction outside the platform.
The XPairwise approach
We stay purely a matching layer. XPairwise does not set or participate in the transaction terms negotiated between participants — you deal directly with your counterpart, without an XPairwise transaction spread. In exchange for not offering custody or guarantees, we invest in giving you the richest, most honest picture of a counterpart before you decide to proceed.
Privacy-first design
Every field we collect is classified by what's shown, to whom, and when. Your contact details and verification documents stay hidden until a match is mutually accepted — and most of them are never shown or kept at all. See our Safety & Privacy page for the specifics.
Behavioral trust
Trust here is earned, not asserted. We use a statistically conservative model so that reputation reflects accumulated evidence rather than a small number of interactions — new accounts start conservative rather than being hidden or artificially inflated.
User control
We surface compatible counterparts and the information you need to evaluate them. You and your counterpart decide the transaction terms privately and independently — every decision beyond matching is yours.
